State of Hawaii, Department of Agriculture, Invicta
For the Department of Agriculture, DRC designed, developed, and implemented the Invicta system. Invicta is a statewide system used by PQ personnel to assist in their efforts to eliminate the introduction of non-native organisms. Used at both airports and maritime facilities, Invicta facilitates the logging of cargo and/or baggage information, for all shipments to Hawaii, whether by air or sea. Commodity interceptions are recorded, including optional digital photos taken on the spot.
Invicta is built in the Microsoft.Net architecture using a variety of tools including SQL Server, ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio, Windows Server, and others. DRC continues to provide maintenance and support services for this system.
U.S. Department of Defense, Center for Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance (COE)
As a subcontractor to CACI, DRC refined a web based application to support the Asia-Pacific Daily Report (http://coe-dmha.org/apdr/). The system allows analysts to enter, review, rank and publish news stories to the web. Subscribers include military and civilian policy and decision makers in the region. The system was built using ColdFusion and SQL Server, on an IIS platform.
ProService Hawaii
For ProService, DRC provided technical assistance to design, develop, and implement electronic report transmissions to various insurance carriers. These reports were developed in the EDI file format. The transmissions were built using XML, SOAP, and Web Services on an IIS platform.
State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation, Honolulu Airport Master Plan
In support of the DOT’s master plan, DRC developed a web-based data collection and reporting system. The Gate Utilization Survey Report System gathers flight and passenger traffic data at the Honolulu International Airport as well as Kona International Airport, Lihue Airport, Kahului Airport and Hilo International Airport. The system also supports data imported from the Honolulu International Airport Flight Information Display System (FIDS)/Gate Management System (GMS). Air carriers access the system to post statistical information on flights as well as access historical flight information.
The Gate Utilization Survey Report System is built in the Microsoft.Net architecture using a variety of tools including SQL Server, ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio, Windows Server, and others.
DTRIC Insurance
For DTRIC, DRC implemented its DecisionMaker Policy Administration System (DM). Currently, DM is used to support DTRIC’s personal umbrella and workers comp lines of business, with plans to implement the new Reinsurance reporting model. DM is used by insurance companies across the country.
